I’m a creative and focused communicator with a strong strategic approach and experience covering a range of specialisms including crisis comms, reputation management and celebrity liaison.

As a former journalist with a background in writing human interest stories for national newspapers and magazines including Grazia, The Sun and The Mirror, I pride myself on my ability to spot a story and write press releases that make the news.

I’m also an experienced media trainer, coaching colleagues to speak confidently to journalists. I help people to prepare for a variety of interviews such as live, pre-record, Zoom, in-studio and down-the-line. I make sure colleagues are prepared with a briefing including key messages, and run practical sessions to ensure that the organisation is represented in the best light.

Outside of work I can be found pounding the pavements with my chief runner and taskmaster Charlie the whippet. I also love to head to out on my bicycle and explore the world on two wheels, with recent adventures in Vietnam, Colombia and Kyrgyzstan.
